- lots of pretty snowing, to snow for hours and hours so we can build a snowman, and then come inside to drink home made hot chocolate by the fire while admiring our snow man from inside.
- for the house to clean itself.
- dogs learn how to walk themselves when it’s raining outside and not take off and annoy entire neighborhood.
- for our daughter to come home and to have all this drama behind us.
- second twilight movie to come out. (as a side note, i began reading the 4th twilight book breaking dawn before i read the 3rd, eclipse. i followed the order of books on stephenie meyer’s web page, but they are no longer in the wrong order. luckily, my daughter set me straight on it before i finished the 4th. bonus: i’m already 1/2 way through the 4th, having read the 3rd as quickly as i could.)
- dogs to stop clawing me while i sleep, i’m tired of waking up with scratches on my arms and legs.
- for my laptop to magically fix the mouse buttons, and the left speaker since i took it apart, b/c i don’t want to take it apart again.
- for our daughter to come home and to have all this drama behind us.
- to create at least one extra working laptop out of the spares that i have.
- for my car, the corolla that caught on fire last summer, to get fixed by the oil change place that said it had nothing to do with their repairs to admit they did in fact screw it up and they pay for it and give me money for my pain and suffering.
- for the “check engine” light in the truck to not illuminate anymore from being repaired, despite taking it to the dealership two times last summer and spending large amounts of money fixing it. the dealership should admit they screwed it up, absorb all the costs, and to pay for my pain and suffering.
- for me to correct my sleeping habits, they are not healthy and despite what my “night time” self tries to tell me, “day time” me needs to crack the whip.
- for my front loader mouth guard (that keeps me from grinding my teeth) to return from wherever it disappeared to.
- for our daughter to come home and to have all this drama behind us.
- for everyone out there to have a peaceful holiday season, despite the economic wreckage and “doom casts” being reported hourly by the “doom cast” broadcasting stations.
- instead of pointing all these fingers at everyone else around us, let’s look at ourselves and see what can be improved. you can no more do anything to change another person than resist really good chritsmas treats.
- for all you “armature” drinkers out there that really get a leg up during the holidays, to not drive or operate heavy machinery.
- and my final request, for my sister. please, please do not let anyone pee on you unless you enjoy that sort of thing.
