lot o’ links and stuff you should read

i’m going to just throw a bunch of random items out here.

1. i watched this movie wednesday night and i’m not sure why i even put it in the blockbuster queue.  i thought i had read something on this boy’s blog, but no.  i really enjoyed the story line and the portrayal of a young musician who had a great gift with words and died too soon.  based on my limited knowledge, the band “joy division” are still together and playing under the name of “new order”.  this video from long ago when ian was alive.  the lead actor did a fantastic job based on the old videos of the late ian curtis.  that dying thing when you are great really pisses me off, so if you are a friend of mine don’t do that or you will piss me off.

1. izzymom put out a jam-packed linkable post and all of them are interesting (at least to me).  if you do not look at any of those links, you HAVE TO SEE THIS ONE.

1. have you noticed that “minion” box i have on my top right?  yeah, that is the slackmistress swag and i happen to think it’s awesome due to me being a pirate.  the saturday night show that slack and be the boy have been doing for oh, four weeks (?) is really cool, you should totally tune in this coming saturday.  unless you have something better to do, which you don’t.

1. the link right below the minion box will most likely be all the help you’ll ever need.  what kind of help you ask yourself? this kind of help; blog stalkers, stinky pits, inappropriate groping AND racist grandmothers, how about an opinion for online dating, or phasing out a friend?  need to submit it anonymously? i have found her to be trustworthy, and very professional every step of the way.
