not everyone is a wanker. THANK GOD!

i think i wrote some time back about getting a subscription to the advocate, being surprised that it came in an unmarked envelope. i WANT to be the scandal of the neighborhood. can you believe that piglet is getting a magazine FOR GAYS, AND she is married with children?

i renewed my original subscription b/c it’s that good of a publication and i love to read me some words. the articles are always clever and i think they keep me informed of the stuff i choose to know about.

for example, the june issue has a very cleverly written piece about sally kern. never heard of her before i read the article, but jim david (the author) wrote and excellent bitchy piece about this sally kern and i think i may now love jim david.

oh and let me not forget their feature guy for the “big gay following” spot is none other than PATRICK DEMPSEY!

the next bit after dempsey is a news piece on desmond tutu written by regina marler. the very last part of this piece was so inspiring i could not NOT share it.

“…and then i would say to our sisters and brothers, ‘you are members of this family and are people of great worth. god didn’t make a mistake with respect to your sexual orientation. god created you because god loves you. and god will continue to love you whatever other people might say or think about you.’ “

after i read that (above) and the picture of him dancing, it maded my heart glad with joy.

this is about all you need to remember:

you are loved.

you will always be loved.

no matter your preference for pizza or sushi, or even if you are pizza or sushi, you are loved and you always will be loved.
