i’m going to this event and can i just tell you how completely excited i am about it?

i know of ONLY TWO people that would even be interested, one of them lives in savannah and the other in columbia.

not that i mind going alone b/c i am one of those people that can go to restaurants, movies, parties wherever all by myself. based on the majority, there aren’t may like me out there.
this american life is having a live event at your local movie theater. could that be ANY COOLER?!

if you care anything about ira glass and his most excellent show, you’ll not want to miss this. it’s never been done before in this american life history and i don’t know about you but i like to be a part of history.

p.s. there is a dad in my son’s class that is a dead ringer for ira. of course, i told him and he’d not really heard of ira but i suggested that he look him up promptly. i also let him know it was a compliment.
p.p.s. ira, i am not a crazed maniac fan i promise. ask augusten, he’d vouch for me i think. at the very least, i can honestly say i was NOT arrested on the night i met augusten.
