these moon flowers are a’ blooming everywhere around the house. i love them so very much.
a neighbor was walking his dog and asked me about the moon flowers. he admitted to snipping a leaf off. i told him that i would pot some smaller ones and he could take them and plant them in his yard for his very own.
(i didn’t mind him snipping a leaf b/c i am a good sharer of things. and, i think gardens are meant to be shared. kind of like those cookie tins each christmas.)
i gave him a moon flower ball.
that ball holds many tiny seeds. after they dry out he can plant them. any seeds planted this year may not come up until the year following.
it would make my heart proud to see moon flowers in my neighbors yards. magical sis brought them to me, our mom and our other sister, angel sis. they are very enchanting flowers that behave very much like a weed. they smell divine and i just think there is something special about them.
