there is someone that i would like for you to meet

morecandor.

he’s been creeping ’round the old dp leaving intelligent and hilarious comments. and after only 5-7 weeks of blogging he ended up on the top posts list of wordpress.

i am quite pleased that he started a blog. b/c really? the world needs to know about this diamond in the rough. he’s funny, intelligent, creative, he can climb trees and he can tell you what wild plants you can live on if you are ever stranded in the woods.

i’ll share with you an insider secret about morecandor.

as a young man of 6 or 7 ish? his dad warned him not to touch certain plants inside b/c some of those plants were poisonous.

always the obedient son, not only did he not touch them. he developed a phobia of any and all plants. to expound on his obedience, he walked around with his hands bent at the wrist very much like a surgeon while getting scrubbed in for a surgery.

go over and show him some blogger love, but only if you can handle……..

my mom bought my daughter one of these plants for christmas last year.

since it was cold weather she and her dad did research and then put it in the garage fridge in order to keep it alive until warmer weather. but we all forgot about it.

in fact, it’s still in there i think. i think i hear your collective gasps about NOW.

seeing that they are in fact real and not just in a movie, i acquired two for myself.

we have tons and TONS of mosquitoes around our home since we live on a moat. i have re-potted them into a clay pot and waiting for the party to begin.
